At Body & Us, we want you to love your skincare journey; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products may only be returned if they are found to be defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
